How do reminders work? Tidings notifies you a couple of days before each occasion and again on the day, with a message ready to send.
What does Auto-Send do? With a Tidings Pro subscription, your scheduled greetings are delivered automatically by text — signed with your name. Turn it on in Settings; you can cancel anytime in your Apple subscriptions.
I received a text "from Tidings" — what is it? A friend or family member scheduled a personal greeting to you through the Tidings app. Reply STOP any time to never receive another message, or HELP for assistance. See how consent works.
How do I delete my data? Free features store everything on your device — deleting the app deletes the data. If you used Auto-Send, turning it off deletes your scheduled greetings from our server; for anything else, email us.
