Tidings (an app by ANIMUM REGE L.L.C.) helps people remember the occasions that matter to the people they love — friends and family: birthdays, anniversaries, holidays — and send warm greetings by text.
How consent works: a Tidings subscriber explicitly turns on Auto-Send in the app (consent screen below), and explicitly schedules each greeting to a person they know from their own address book. Messages are one-to-one personal greetings, signed with the sender's name, identifying Tidings, with opt-out instructions included. Recipients can reply STOP at any time and will never receive another message from Tidings; HELP returns assistance information.
